How To Register A ESIC Registration?

Employee State Insurance or ESI is a scheme commenced by the Government of India to offer medical, monetary, and other advantages to workers. ESI is managed by an autonomous authority – Employee State Insurance Corporation – which lies under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labour and Employment. By law, any company that has more than 10 employees mandatorily needs to have ESI. In some states, the number of employees is 20. For employees earning more han ₹21,000 per month, including basic salaries and dearness allowance, the insurance is deducted from their pay. Also, taxpayers with a turnover of less than ₹1.5 crore can opt for the composition scheme to get rid of tedious GST formalities and pay GST at a fixed rate of turnover.

Medical Aid

From the very first day of employment, ESI Registration members and their families are entitled to enjoy the benefits of complete medical care and insurance.

Maternity Aid

Pregnant women are allowed maternity benefits that are payable up to twenty-six weeks. This period can be extended by 30 days on medical advice. To qualify for maternity benefits, employers are required to contribute their wages for 70 days in the preceding two contributions periods.

Disablement Benefits

Disabled employees can get 90% of their monthly salaries as disablement benefits.

Sickness Benefits

Absence from work during illness can be taken for a maximum of 91 days per year along with 70% of the monthly wages.

Dependent Benefits

In the unfortunate event of the demise of an employee during employment, the dependents of the deceased will receive 90% of his/her monthly salary.

Confinement Expenses

In the case of confinement of an insured woman or wife of an employee occurring in a place with no medical facilities under the ESI scheme, confinement expenses can be availed. In addition, some need-based benefits:

How to Register?

The Company Registration is a Legal Process, here is the List of Steps that are followed during the process of Private Limited Company Registration in India

Step-1:Address proof

Documentation plays an important role in online company registration in India. Primary documents of all shareholders and directors such as PAN, ID, and address proof are presented along with the proof of registered address of the company. For registered addresses, utility bills such as electricity bills, water bills, or registered address telephone bills are filed with the NOC from the owner of the premises. Step-2:Rent receipt of the occupied premises, mentioning its capacity

The name of each company should be unique and should not infringe on the name of another company or any other trademark. We assist you by conducting a detailed search in the MCA and trademark database for a possible match to the name. Step-3:Copy of PAN card

DSC is equivalent to physical or paper signature under the Information Technology Act. For the registration of a company, all applications to the ROC are filed in digital format signed by its proposed director. The filing process of the company registration begins with the issue of a digital signature for the shareholder and director of the company.

Step-4:Copy of bank statement

RUN is the name of an online application, to be used to apply for ROC approval for the company's proposed name. The RUN application can be filed with two proposed names of the company in order of preference, with a note on the importance of the name and business activities.

Step-5:Photocopy of the last building tax/property tax receipt

After approval of the company name, we have to file a formal application for incorporation of the company as SPICE to ROC with appropriate documents as attachments. The documents to be attached to the Spice Form are the company's MOA, AOA, KYC documents of the promoters, and proof of address registered with the NOC from the landlord. The DSC of the promoters is then used to sign the application, which is then forwarded to a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, Cost Accountant, or a lawyer practicing in the High Court. The government filing fee for company registration depends on the company's proposed capital.

Step-6:Photocopy of registration

After verification of the application for company registration, the final stage of company registration is to issue a certificate of incorporation of the company. The issue of registration certificate of the company is the conclusive proof of registration of the company by the ROC.

Step-7:Certificate of commencement of production

Nowadays, the issue of PAN number and TAN automatically occurs at the time of incorporation of the company. A separate application is not required. The PAN number and TAN are printed on the certificate of joining, and after company registration, e-PAN and TAN letters are sent via email.
